I know it’s hot and we are about embark on another heatwave. I am adjusting classes to make them a little slower so we can still practice in the heat 😊

Tuesday I’ll be at Old Bolingbroke 2pm-3pm

Last full week of teaching before I have a 2 week break . I have availability tonight at Stixwould Village Hall for a relaxing Yin class at 6.30 pm

Good Morning

The 2.pm class at Old Bolingbroke has been cancelled today due to the heat . At this point I’m planning on running Yin tonight, but many people will likely choose not to participate due to the high temperatures. Please could you let me know if you do intend to come to the Yin class

Those of you coming to Yin Jubilee Park Woodhall Spa we will be outside in the rose garden due to the Dome being in use . Please bring warm comfy clothes as it may get a little chilly as the sun sets
