They will then present you with the options that they recommend so you feel empowered and informed throughout the treatment journey, at every stage. They may prescribe exercises tailored specifically for you or they may refer you to another practitioner or doctor if they feel that you need a different approach. The extensive training (4+ years full-time) that every qualified osteopath has to complete is of a high standard so you can trust the considerable skills of your practitioner.
