Good morning. Just a reminder:

Today our team will be undertaking training between the hours of 1pm to 6:30pm with our other local practices.
Woodhall and Bardney sites will be closed for routine queries during those hours so please contact us another day for non-urgent matters.

Good morning. We are 2 clinical staff down today due to leave and illness so capacity will be extremely limited. AskmyGP will not be turned on today so please call us instead.

*** URGENT MESSAGE***
THE IT NETWORK IS DOWN AND NOT WORKING AT THE MAIN WOODHALL SPA SURGERY SITE. ENGINEERS HAVE BEEN AT THE SURGERY YESTERDAY TO TRY AND RECTIFY BUT IT IS STILL NOT FIXED-THEY WILL BE ON SITE TODAY AS WELL TO TRY AND FIX IT.

IN THE MEANTIME WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCESS THE MAIN CLINICAL SYSTEM SO WE CANNOT SEE MEDICAL NOTES, REPEAT LISTS, APPOINTMENTS ETC.

THIS MEANS THAT ON FRIDAY 9TH MAY ALL CLINICAL AND ADMIN SERVICES WILL BE RUN OUT OF OUR BARDNEY SURGERY SITE. IF YOU HAVE A PRE-BOOKED APPOINTMENT AT WOODHALL, PLEASE ATTEND THE BARDNEY SITE INSTEAD AT THE SAME APPOINTMENT TIME.
