The Cook & The Pilates Teacher

Many of you know me as a bit of a foodie .
When I am not teaching Pilates I love to do a bit of catering , whether it is a simple supper or as I did yesterday a delightful picnic for my clients to take to the opera at Doddington Hall .

The client chose egg and cress sandwiches on delicious Myers low GI bread ,
Salmon , Asparagus & Fennel
Quichettes with New Potatoes and a Cucumber Salad dressed with Red Onion , Honey and Dill .
For dessert lashings of lemon posset 🍋🫐🥂

Linen napkins and individual picnic baskets .

I thoroughly enjoyed preparing this picnic and hope my clients had a wonderful evening.
