NHS 111 is available on the phone and online 24/7 at 111.nhs.uk and will help you right away.

If you need urgent care, NHS 111 can direct you to the most
appropriate service and arrange appointments where appropriate.

If you or a loved one has a mental health crisis you can speak to a mental health professional anytime, day or night, by calling NHS 111 and selecting the option for mental health.

Be prepared for the upcoming bank holiday by making sure you have all you need for those little bug bites and accidents.

Make sure you have enough prescription medication too!

Pharmacies and GP surgeries need up to 7 working days’ notice for a repeat prescription, so order as early as possible.

Makes sure you are stocked up on Medicines for coughs and colds, pain relief for headaches and sticking plasters and bandages for cuts and scrapes are a
good start.

Don’t forget to pack your medication if visiting family and friends over the long weekend too ⛵️🏖️🍉☀️
