In the 'any day now' stage now! 🤰
Thank you all so much for your support and wisdom and flexibility and wishes 🙏
POA:
🤳The app:
The app is live with our diaries so the first updates and availability will always be on there. We are working on getting it personalised which should happen in the next few weeks!
👐Chiropractic:
Jenny uses a very similar approach to me but as always, we each have our own little ways. If theres spinal, nerve or any complex cases then its a Jenny problem! Jen (Dr of Chiropractic) will assess, triage and diagnose and treat accordingly with traditional chiropractic, sacro-occipital technique, acupuncture, jaw/cranial, exercise prescription, biomechanics assessment, and more. Xrays and MRIs available.
🏃♂️Physiotherapy:
Sami is taking on new patients and as he's here Mon eve after hospital rounds, he's also booked up in advance so new patients expect a 3 week wait, but routine treatment are sooner. Sprains, strains and tendon injuries are his speciality. MRI referral available.
💆♀️Massage:
Sports, lymphatic and deep tissue massage is running as normal, and taking on new patients. Please remember that massage is INCREDIBLE for tense muscles, but massage therapists cannot clinically assess, test, scan or diagnose like chiropractors and physiotherapists.
📖Any admin queries:
Use the contact form on the website to go straight to our back of house admin (Natalie) or leave a message with reception on 01245 956721.
👩⚕️New Patients:
Use the contact form on the website to be added to our wait list. The earliest we're taking on new cases is Nov 2026, so these are more likely to be chronic and complex cases rather than an acute tweak or back sprain. We appreciate everyone that wants to wait, but if you need immediate assistance then we're not your guys (right now!).
I think thats everything 🤞
Happy healing ✨️
