I honestly think this is the most underrated little skin secret. I love nothing more than curling up under a blanket, switching off for half an hour, and letting the LED light do its thing, it’s so calming I usually end up snoozing. Not only does it relax me, but it also gives my skin such a boost from the inside out. It helps with breakouts, healing, and keeping my skin looking youthful, which is a big reason I feel so confident bare-faced.
