I have recently re-started working with someone I call one of my best friends even though she stopped coming to me awhile ago.

This is Sam, and for a while now we have worked together to get her pregnant. But its not what it sounds like.

Sam came to me with the goal of loseing 5 stone in order to get IVF. I wont go into why BMI is total BS but this was the number she needed to be at to meet requirements. Now Sam smashed the whole process and although there have been some very rocky times and heartbreat along the way shes back into training in the gym and I couldnt be happier to get her back to full strength and fitness💪💪
