* This client eats a wide variety of vegetables and has an overall diverse and healthy diet, she enjoys cooking. She was experiencing some bloating and fatigue, which has since improved with finding cow’s milk alternatives which she enjoys and can now tolerate small amounts of dairy on social occasion.

Easy, tasty, nutritious & cost-effective what’s not to love !!?!!!!!..
*Fry onions & courgette with crushed garlic & ginger in a big wok pan.. mix in spice mix to taste eg turmeric/ginger/masala spices..let brown & then add
*chopped diced sweet potato (or, pumpkin)..chopped tomatoes..coconut milk…1/2 litre veg stock…..250g red lentils….let it allll simmer for 30mins mid-heat & longer on slow heat / in the slow cooker … perfect weather for it !!🍁
