Biggest flex in 2026 is not being busy ✌🏽.

Getting so good at appreciating the little things, being intentional on spending time on what matters, like health and spending time with people that matter most.

What would you add to the list? Let me know 👇🏼

🫶🏼Nutritionist and busy Mum in mind with these club card finds.

Week 23, 2026 - clubcard finds.

I will be honest, this week wasn’t as inspiring as usual! Nonetheless, a few that landed a place in my kitchen.

What will you be picking up this week?

Shall I start a regular, weekly Tesco & Sainsburys finds post?

I often get asked what foods I buy every single week as a nutritionist trying to support my family’s health.

The answer is probably less exciting than people expect…

It’s not expensive powders, fancy supplements, or a trolley full of foods you’ve never heard of.

It’s things like eggs, potatoes, apples, milk, kiwi, salmon, baked beans, and yes… even a few foods that would be classed as UPFs.

Building a sustainable diet that is realistic, enjoyable, and packed with nutrients most of the time is my aim.

Health isn’t created by one food. It’s created by the habits and choices we repeat over and over again.

What foods are your staples and in your trolley each week?

☀️Ice lollies on repeat this week☀️

When do we ever get a school holiday with weather this consistently good?! I cannot wait!

Here are some minimal ingredient supermarket ice lollies and ice cream (you might want to keep for the adults 🤤).

Let me know if you’ve tried any or you’ve found more! 🍦

Disclaimer (because people on the internet 🙄)
- no I’m not saying eat more ice lollies
- no, I’m not suggesting eat more sugar
- yes, homemade is better
- yes, I let my kids have other ice lollies/ ice creams too
- I am not charge of the price of these - but you are (collectively).

The gut health supplement market is worth billions. Most of it is poorly tested, overhyped, and unnecessary.
The unsexy truth is that the simplest habits, done consistently, are what actually move the needle for your gut.
More variety. More plants 🌱. More colour on your plate.

That’s it. No £40 green powders required 🤫.

ad 1 in 5 children aged 4–10 in the UK have low vitamin D levels and most parents don’t even realise.

With less sunlight and more time indoors, it’s something I’m always thinking about as a nutritionist. Vitamin D plays an important role in normal growth and development, particularly for bone health.

Petits filous pouches are a source of Calcium and Vitamin D to support healthy bones, and they contain the lowest sugar of any flavoured kids yoghurt pouches.

An easy win for lunchboxes or as a quick dessert! You can now pick up the NEW Petits Filous Greek style kids yoghurt pouches in strawberry and vanilla flavour from all major supermarkets.

*Calcium and vitamin D are needed for normal growth and development of bones in children. A varied and balanced diet is important as part of a healthy lifestyle.
