💖A little update from me 💖

To continue providing the high-quality service, care and support that I pride myself on, I will be making adjustments to my prices for new patients and follow ups, this doesn’t affect those already booked.

Like many small businesses, I’ve experienced increasing costs across the board, and this change reflects not only those rising expenses but also the experience, expertise, and ongoing investment I put into my business.

I’m incredibly grateful for your continued support and trust, and I look forward to continuing to work with and support you. Thank you for understanding.

Happy hump day! Busy day in clinic treating a variety of Pelvic Health patients and even time for a little reel before the gym 💪 . No two patients are the same and no two treatments are the same! I love how we can cover so much in our sessions and make such a difference to physical symptoms but also concerns and worries patients may have. Please click on my website, link in bio, to see what we offer and to book online 🤩

The most beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered over the weekend from such a wonderful patient who has worked her socks off and got huge results! I never expect tokens of appreciation so they always come as such a lovely surprise. Shout out to another local business - the flowers are stunning I can’t stop looking at them 😍 - I can’t believe I’m so lucky to be doing a job I love so much. A very productive day

Pelvic Pain Awareness month May 2026 - I have been involved in some wonderful mentoring sessions in 2025 and decided to become a member of the Pelvic Pain Network and continue with these mentoring sessions in order to provide a highly specialised service. Pelvic Pain can often be complex, dismissed and multifactorial. We want to give you the confidence that we have the skills and experience to offer you a service that supports all aspects of Pelvic Pain.

Pelvic pain is more common than many people realise, yet so many suffer in silence.

This post is about raising awareness, encouraging open conversations, and reminding you that persistent pain is not something you should have to just “live with.”

You deserve to be listened to, supported and taken seriously 💙

Let’s break the stigma around pelvic health and empower more people to seek the help they need.

Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week 💜

A gentle reminder that not all journeys into motherhood feel joyful all the time and that’s okay. Behind the smiles, many mums are navigating anxiety, overwhelm, or low mood.

This week is about raising awareness, reducing stigma, and reminding every mum that she is not alone 🤍
Let’s keep checking in, listening, and supporting one another because maternal mental health matters, always.

Coming to see a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist can be quite daunting and I hope to give you as much reassurance as possible that this is a comfortable and safe space. Sometimes knowing where you are going first gives you the confidence you need. Please look at the website for online bookings, link in bio

Trying something new! Made it my mission to try be a bit more present on social media … apparently it’s good for business 🤔 - but as most of you know I much prefer treating patients and chatting too much! So many exciting things going on behind the scenes and can’t wait to show you all what wonderful services we are adding to the clinic. Keep your 👀 peeled! Thank you to everyone who supports us and recommends us, I still pinch myself with how busy we are!
