Level 40 Unlocked - someone asked me if I was dreading today but I can honestly say I am so so so excited for this next decade. Enjoying my own company more and more. Believing in myself more and ignoring what you see on social media. Loving my body and what it’s done and is doing now. Getting to the gym 3-4 times a week has been a game changer to me, back day is my new favourite day 😜. Bringing dance music back into my life is something I didn’t realise was missing! Feeling stronger and reaping the benefits, sleeping better and having more clarity and feeling more confident in who I am is magic 😍🥰. If I could have seen the person I am now before I had kids I think these last 10 years would be have been easier - parenting is HARD. My husband wrote the most beautiful poem in my card this morning and it was a perfect reflection of our life. Sending lots of love to all my patients and friends and family and spreading the positivity in whatever stage of life we are at.

Summer 2026 - Out of Office until 1st September! This holiday is well needed, I have been fitting patients in left, right and centre and balancing summer holiday lack of routine for the kids and work 🤪. I can’t get over how busy the clinic is, it’s not a bad problem to have in terms of business but I am so passionate about helping women and men with their pelvic health, it makes me sad that so many are suffering.

A huge thank you to Rachel Kowalski - Virtual Assistant for the behind the scenes work I need help with … constantly 😂! And thank you to Charlotte and Helen for the hours they are putting in - their diaries have been bursting too!

I’m still getting through answering emails, writing letters and summaries etc - there seems to be so much more to do as I want to advocate for my patients but the admin is very time consuming so thank you for all your patience - especially when there are global system failures - that was hard!

Sending lots of love and hugs to everyone

Diastasis recti is so much more than a gap in your abs and it’s incredibly common 💛

During pregnancy, your body adapts to support your growing baby. After birth, recovery isn’t about “snapping back” - it’s about rebuilding strength, confidence and function in a way that works for YOU.

If something doesn’t feel right, support is available.

💖A little update from me 💖

To continue providing the high-quality service, care and support that I pride myself on, I will be making adjustments to my prices for new patients and follow ups, this doesn’t affect those already booked.

Like many small businesses, I’ve experienced increasing costs across the board, and this change reflects not only those rising expenses but also the experience, expertise, and ongoing investment I put into my business.

I’m incredibly grateful for your continued support and trust, and I look forward to continuing to work with and support you. Thank you for understanding.

Happy hump day! Busy day in clinic treating a variety of Pelvic Health patients and even time for a little reel before the gym 💪 . No two patients are the same and no two treatments are the same! I love how we can cover so much in our sessions and make such a difference to physical symptoms but also concerns and worries patients may have. Please click on my website, link in bio, to see what we offer and to book online 🤩

The most beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered over the weekend from such a wonderful patient who has worked her socks off and got huge results! I never expect tokens of appreciation so they always come as such a lovely surprise. Shout out to another local business - the flowers are stunning I can’t stop looking at them 😍 - I can’t believe I’m so lucky to be doing a job I love so much. A very productive day

Pelvic pain is more common than many people realise, yet so many suffer in silence.

This post is about raising awareness, encouraging open conversations, and reminding you that persistent pain is not something you should have to just “live with.”

You deserve to be listened to, supported and taken seriously 💙

Let’s break the stigma around pelvic health and empower more people to seek the help they need.
