The amount of weight you gain depends on your unique pregnancy and situation. Some women will gain up to 16kg while other gain only 11kg. It is not healthy to live by the saying “I am eating for two”, because this is not entirely true. You are eating for your own body and for a tiny little human inside of you. Speak to your healthcare professional to make sure you are not gaining too much or too little.
