Great day today, back to work massaging, ultrasound therapy and acupuncture.
What struck me today is the need to feel listened too. When we don't feel listened to, this can manifest anywhere on the body and cause us pain. The need to be heard and allowed to speak is vital for our sanity and physical health. A pair of ears goes along way to being justified and feel supported ✨️

A little pamper tonight using In The Beginning Cleanser, Breakfast Smoothie exfoliator and Be Calm mask which is giving instant oxygen and feels so refreshing.
