Are you ready to let go of the week and be held in a supportive space encouraging you to slow down & reconnect? 🌙 Spaces available to book for this weeks gentle yoga class 'Breathe & Flow'. Whether you’re continuing your practice or you’re new to yoga - you belong here 🙏

Expect a warm, cosy atmosphere with soft candlelight, twinkling fairy lights and the calming scent of lavender to help you fully relax and feel at ease. And for that extra touch of bliss, there’s an optional head massage at the end of each class… the perfect way to melt away stress 💜
