✨Worcester Pilates✨
🩵 Two spaces have become available in our small, friendly, mixed ability Pilates class on Friday afternoons at St George’s Church, Barbourne! Our September & October course begins this Friday 5th, so do get in touch if you’d like to book.
🚶♀️Fantastic for improving your posture, balance, strength & flexibility, Pilates focuses on the core or central muscles.
It is a flowing, mat-based exercise form which many find hugely beneficial when it comes to managing back pain & other long term health complaints.
🙋🏼♀️ All classes are taught by Natalie, a fully-certified Pilates instructor with 11 years teaching experience & a background in Physiotherapy.
👉 I modify, adapt & progress the exercises in our classes to ensure everyone is working at a comfortable level for them. Classes are small, friendly & provide an hour for you to focus on just you; nothing else 😌
