A lovely day for this morning’s Walk & Talk at Whitwell Wood. A longer walk than usual following the stream around the perimeter of the wood. Nice that the weather has cooled down a bit making it a lot more pleasant for walking.

What a lovely day for this morning’s Walk & Talk to Anston Stones Wood. Lots to see including wild garlic, bluebells and cowslips. Some of the dogs also enjoyed a cool down in the stream.

The Lync Together Flex & Stretch group enjoying a lovely lunch at the Swan Inn. Great food and a pleasure to catch up with friends.

The next Lync Together Walk & Talk will be on Sunday 26th April. Meet at 11.00 am at the main entrance to Anston Stones Wood. Parking is available in the adjacent lay-by.

Anston Stones Wood is a hidden local gem and is particularly pretty at this time of year with all the spring flowers. Definitely recommend this walk if you have not been before.

Sunday Reset yesterday then mat class this morning - what a great Easter weekend!🐰

If you couldn’t make it because you’ve been enjoying the bank holiday (we don’t blame you!), why not try out a class next week?

Sunday Reset = relaxed session of stretching, mobility, and core🙆‍♀️
Monday mat class = low impact cardio and strength exercises all at your own pace🏃‍♀️

Yesterday morning’s Lync Together Walk & Talk was a bracing walk around Creswell Crags from Dukeries Garden Centre. Looking forward to the warmer weather arriving. It’s been cold and windy for way too long! We had a great doggie turnout! Think there may have been more dogs than people at one point!
