Wow what an unforgettable day!

Our first ever competition and a 2nd place overall finish 🥈 Such an incredible achievement against some very established clubs.

Congratulations to all of our trampolinists for their brilliant performances. You looked so smart, and seeing the encouragement and support you gave each other was just pure joy.

A huge thank you to our coaches, parents, and caregivers who made today possible. Truly the best team behind the team.

As we step into 2026, we want to wish our wonderful community a year filled with health, happiness, and positive energy

We’re excited to be back open from Monday 5th January, and we can’t wait to welcome you back and see all those smiling faces bouncing in again!

We’re also thrilled to share that there will be no rate increases for 2026. Keeping SENergy Bounce as accessible and affordable as possible remains incredibly important to us, and we’re proud to continue supporting families in our community.
Here’s to another year of movement, growth, and connection, we’re so glad to be on this journey with you

And that’s a wrap!

As the curtains come down on 2025 (yes, another staff joke 😉), we want to send the warmest Christmas wishes to our trampolinists, parents, guardians, carers, students, and every member of our wonderful community.

Since opening our doors in September, this journey has been nothing short of incredible. We’ve been so lucky to welcome both new and familiar faces, and we truly can’t thank you enough for the love, trust, and support you’ve shown us. You are the reason SENergy feels like home.

The smiles, laughter, positivity, and joy we experience every day remind us just how special this community is. Being part of your journeys is an absolute privilege, and we’re so grateful for each and every one of you.

Wishing you a peaceful, joyful Christmas filled with love and we can’t wait to continue this journey together in the year ahead. We already have some exiting events lined up for 2026 which we can’t wait to share.😄

Hi lovely people, some sad news to share this afternoon….Many of you I’m sure will remember Rosie Pulford who always had SEN & Disabilities Trampolining at heart. Rosie began as a Coach, then later owned BounceAbility and took it on its journey from Severalls Industrial Estate to West Bergholt in 2012. Rosie never let her sight loss and her other health issues stop her from bringing laughter, banter, fun and much more to a very special community of Trampolinists. Everybody knew and loved Rosie whether it be as one of her Trampolinists or later being one of her young apprentices, coaches, or partners in crime, bringing such hilarity and happy chaos to the trampoline hall. Always game for a laugh was our Rosie - especially after hours on roller skates, playing rounders, on a skate board, sporting the best hair styles and always accepting the most extreme and humorous challenges! Rosie is now reunited with her little daughter, the late Tiegan Rose who will continue to be honoured, now with Rosie too in our SEN & Disabilities Trampolining oasis of happiness, friendship and so much more. Rest easy Rosie while your legacy lives on, you have touched the lives of so many and will never be forgotten…..much love from the Coaches, your friends & Trampolining Family ❤️❤️❤️
