"HD Tribe recently dealt with my Dad's cremation service, which he had, many years ago, pre-arranged with them. However, there were things which, as a family we wanted changed (such as the specific chapel) and also several things added. We dealt with Isabella, who guided us through the process whilst making us feel that we were always in control of the plans. She was in communication with the family throughout the whole process and at the right times when decisions needed to be made without making us feel pressured into making quick decisions. So from our initial meeting with HD Tribe right upto and including the day of the service (and beyond with the upcoming ashes interment) Isabella has been the sole person that we have dealt with.
