A great example of treating multiple unwanted skin lesions across the neck and décolletage in one session.

The neck and chest are common areas for skin tags, seborrhoeic keratoses and other benign skin lesions to develop. When there are lots of them, they can make the skin appear uneven and can catch on clothing, necklaces or bra straps.

At KOL Skin, multiple suitable lesions can often be treated during the same appointment, making a real difference to the overall appearance and feel of the skin.

❤️ What happens next?�The treated areas will initially look darker and form tiny crusts as part of the normal healing process. These gradually shed naturally, revealing fresh skin underneath.

Skin continues to repair, settle and remodel over the following 8–12 weeks, so the final result isn’t judged immediately after treatment.

❤️‍🩹 NOSE MOLE REMOVAL — HEALING UPDATE ❤️‍🩹

This is what the early healing stage can look like following a nose mole removal.

The area has formed a protective crust while the skin underneath begins its natural repair process. No picking or scratching, the crust needs to dry and shed naturally. 🤍

Once the crust has fallen away, the new skin may look pink or red initially, and this is where patience becomes important.

✨ Healing doesn’t stop when the crust comes off.

The skin continues to repair and remodel for approximately 8–12 weeks, during which redness gradually fades, skin tone begins to even out and the treated area continues to smooth and settle.

✨ NOSE MOLE REMOVAL — THE HEALING JOURNEY ✨

A little reminder that mole removal doesn’t end when the crust comes away, your skin continues its healing and remodelling process underneath. 🤍

Immediately after treatment, the area may look red and feel slightly tender. A small crust will then form as the skin begins to repair itself.

Over the following 5–10 days, the crust will naturally dry and shed. Never pick or pull it off allowing it to come away naturally helps support the best possible result.

Once the crust has gone, the new skin underneath may initially look pink, red or slightly different in colour. This is completely normal.

✨ And this is the important bit:
The area will continue to heal, settle and remodel for up to 12 weeks.

During this time, redness gradually fades, skin tone begins to even out and the final result continues to develop.

🔴 CHERRY ANGIOMAS — SMALL, RED & VERY COMMON

Those tiny, bright red spots that seem to appear out of nowhere are often cherry angiomas, harmless collections of small blood vessels that become increasingly common with age.

At KOL Skin, suitable cherry angiomas can be treated using precision, targeting the individual lesion while minimising unnecessary trauma to the surrounding skin.

• Single or multiple cherry angiomas
• Face and body
• Small red or purple vascular spots
• Clients wanting a quick, targeted treatment

Following treatment, the area usually forms a tiny crust which should be allowed to heal naturally. Some lesions may require more than one session depending on their size and response.
