Watch to see a few snippets from a recent routine session 🐴✨

This lovely boy only has routine physio every 6 months to keep him ticking over, on this day he felt absolutely wonderful which made for such a great day.

Every horse is different, and every treatment is tailored to what they need. Love seeing the little improvements that make a big difference.

Healthy movement starts with daily habits.

Whether your horse is a happy hacker, competition horse or even a retired companion, the everyday things you do
can make a big difference to their comfort, mobility and performance.

Follow these 4 daily habits:

✨ Movement before work.
✨ Get hands on, everyday.
✨ Train for longevity.
✨ Don’t ignore the signs.

Horses rarely tell us they’re uncomfortable with obvious signs at the very beginning. Often, it’s a subtle change in behaviour, performance or way of going that is the first little hint.

As a veterinary physiotherapist, I love helping owners spot changes early and keep their horses feeling and performing at their best.

From coffee to keep me going ☕, treats to win over all of my four-legged patients 🦴🐴, kinesiology tape and electrotherapy equipment essential to any client, to plenty of hydration.

Every single item has its own important purpose, but the best part of the job is always seeing my patients feel and move better. 💜

Healthy dogs aren’t born that way, it comes from daily support.

The little things you do consistently can have a massive impact on your dog’s overall mobility and day to day comfort.

Follow these 4 daily habits:

✨ Walk smarter, not longer.
✨ Build strength, every day.
✨ Recovery is part of fitness.
✨ Spot the signs early.

Dogs are often brilliant at hiding their discomfort, so the first signs of pain are often subtle. The earlier we identify the signs, the more effectively we can help.

The quiet moments often say the most 🤍

Trust isn’t rushed, and healing isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s found in a soft breath, a relaxed eye, and the connection built one moment at a time.

These are the moments that remind me why I love veterinary physiotherapy. 🐴✨
