A wonderful game we played today to really engage our residents senses, they had to guess which object they could feel inside the box.

It was great fun for all of us, the slug was definitely a highlight! 😂

St George’s Lodge summer party 2026 🎉🌺

Rain moved us indoors, but we didn’t let that stop us from having a wonderful day.

Our residents had an amazing time and we loved having their families there with delicious food, entertainment, and games. 🎶

A special thanks to all our team who planned it, and thanks to Mo for coming in on his day off and making this great video.

Happy birthday to our lovely Connie! 🎉🥳

We were delighted to welcome her family and friends to celebrate with us.

Our activities coordinator, Nicky, put together a personalised 'this is your life' session for her, filled with her favourite poems, music, and nostalgic TV and film memories.

We finished off with games, tea, and cake. Connie had a wonderful time, which means the world to us. 🎂☕

Looking back at last week's horse racing afternoon at St George's Lodge!

A special thanks to Ros’s daughter, Jo, for coming along to help us run everything. Everyone placed their bets and cheered their horses down the track.

Well done to our top three: Connie came 1st and won the biscuits, Sheila took 2nd with some iced gems and marshmallows, and Peter finished 3rd and won the jellies.😊

You're invited to the St George's Lodge Summer BBQ! ☀️🍔

Join us for a wonderful afternoon of music, delicious food, and celebration with your loved ones.

🗓️ When: Saturday, 29 August 2026 | 1pm - 4pm

📍 Where: 46 Chesswood Road, Worthing, BN11 2AG

👗 Dress Code: Bright, colourful summer outfits - the more colourful, the better!

The event is free, but we will be accepting donations for local charity, Guild Care.

We will be hosting a raffle to raise funds and are gladly accepting donations of prizes- please get in touch if you'd like to get involved.

Alternatively, if you'd like to get involved on the day, please bring along some cash to buy tickets. 😊

Please let us know by Friday, 21 August if you have any dietary requirements. We can't wait to see you there!
