You do not have to carry difficult thoughts on your own.
Intrusive thoughts can feel exhausting because they often arrive without warning and demand attention at the worst possible moments. Over time, they can affect mood, confidence, sleep, and everyday wellbeing – especially when depression is already making life feel heavy.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, CBT, helps people explore the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviour. Through supportive conversations and practical techniques, it becomes possible to recognise patterns that may be increasing distress and begin responding to them in healthier ways.
Many people live with difficult thoughts for far longer than they need to because they worry about being judged or misunderstood. Counselling offers a space where those experiences can be explored with care, patience and respect.
