We aim to get you free from pain, back to work, sport and your normal daily activities as safely and quickly as possible

We are here to provide immediate symptom relief but also to explore why a problem has occurred so we can take steps to help prevent it happening again. We will carry out a examination, including looking at your posture and movements and a hands on examination where we can feel

the movement of your joints and muscles. It’s a good idea to where comfortable, loose clothing for your appointment. We will then carry out appropriate treatment, which may include therapeutic massage, joint mobilisations, stretching, acupuncture and ultrasound. We will provide you with advice on after care, including exercises specific to you to in order to speed up your recovery.

Tiny humans, expert hands 👶💛 Our Principal Osteopath Alison has been caring for babies and children for years, and it's one of the things she's most passionate about. Using cranial and paediatric osteopathy, she supports little ones through some of the biggest challenges of their earliest days — from feeding difficulties and unsettled sleep to colic, reflux, and the general demands of growing up.

Your body is pretty good at telling you when something's not right — but most of us are even better at ignoring it. So here are three signs it might be time to stop putting it off and actually get it looked at.

Stiff mornings. If getting out of bed feels more like a warm-up routine than simply starting your day, that's not just "getting older" — it's your body flagging that something needs attention.

Any idea what these are used for? 👀 These beautiful bamboo sticks and handcrafted wooden tools are some of the instruments our newest practitioner Raquel uses in her treatments — and trust us, they deliver a massage experience like nothing you've had before.

What's the process when you book a massage at Offington Osteopath? We don't just go through the motions! 👀 It's not just a case of hopping straight on the table - every session is built around you from start to finish.

First, we'll go through your health history to make sure we've got the full picture. Then we'll chat about your goals — whether that's relieving a specific pain, loosening up after training, or just giving your body some well-deserved TLC.

From there, your therapist will put together a treatment tailored to exactly what you need, using a combination of techniques including Swedish massage and, where appropriate, tools like dry needling and dry cupping to get the best possible results.

No two sessions are the same - because no two bodies are the same.
