FAQs for my mini yoga retreats:

✨Do I need to be experienced with yoga?
No! Beginners welcome. We won’t be doing anything crazy.

✨Can I come alone?
Absolutely! The majority of people are solo bookers.

✨Can I spread my payments?
You bet. You can half if or break it down further, really whatever makes it possible for you works for me.

✨Do I need a yoga mat?
Mats are either provided or can be borrowed for free, so no need to buy one especially.

✨Is it multiple hours of yoga?
No. It’s usually an hour of yoga, mixed in with other elements like relaxation, snacks, breathing exercises, etc. It’s not at all physically gruelling.

✨Do I have to do everything on the schedule?
Nope, join in with as much or as little as you want, it’s your time.

✨I’m socially anxious, am I going to have to chat to strangers?
It is 100% ok and not weird to come and stay in a quiet bubble and relax and unwind. Many do. There’s no forced socialising aspect. Equally, if you choose to push yourself out of your comfort zone, I’ve found these experiences tend to only attract brilliantly kind and friendly people.

The next mini retreat is coming! Kick off the summer with an evening of yoga, breath work, relaxation and plenty of good food. 5:30pm-8:30pm on Friday 10th July at Inner Bloom in Small Dole. £50 for an evening dedicated to your self care. DM me to secure your spot!

Hello people of Worthing! I teach a super friendly and welcoming beginner yoga class on Tuesdays at 7pm at Salt Water Studio in Worthing. You don’t need to be flexible, it’s not stand-on-your-head kinda yoga, and we have an (optional) class group chat.

I’m limping out of winter and into spring with endless toddler bugs and a baffled immune system, but nothing a bit of yoga can’t fix! Luckily I’ve got an incredible group that helps me remember wtf we’re meant to be doing 🤣🤗 The world is scary right now and it’s a relief to be together in a room for an hour relaxing, smiling, moving our bodies and worrying about nothing but the next breath.

Dipped my toe back into evening teaching last night ahead of my return to Tuesday evenings .water.studios later this month. A one-off class for my mum and a group she goes to. Such lovely ladies, they clapped! I’ve never had a round of applause before 😆 it was lovely and a nice step back into the next chapter. I 1000% needed a proper big break, but it’ll be great to be back ❤️
