I provide a relaxing foot or hand massage using reflexology techniques. This can boost good health and well being.

Lymphatic Drainage Reflexology
I am fully insured. Reflexology is primarily a foot massage but can also be performed on the hands.It is an ancient massage technique based upon the concept that the entire body is reflected as a system of reflexes on the feet and hands. By pressing on these reflexes with fingers, one is able

to bring about relaxation and balance in the body and also assist in overall detoxification and stress reduction. It can help ease the symptoms of many conditions such as back pain, arthritis, stomach complaints, pregnancy, menopause and headaches to name a few. I hold a level 3 qualification in reflexology and would like to offer a simple service at a competitive rate.

Why I give foot soaks 🍀

I like to offer a foot soak to clients because it is a good way to start relaxation. This helps the body and mind to be ready to receive the treatment, releasing those natural endorphins which help to heal and restore.

It’s a time when I can discuss any health issues my client has and decide how to tailor my treatment accordingly.

Often, clients say how much they enjoy just having the foot soak as they don’t think of doing it at home.

Foot baths are an important ritual in many cultures.
I find it a privilege to give it and a kind act prior to a reflexology treatment.

However, it isn’t compulsory. All my clients have a choice of having a foot soak or not.

Looking after your feet is an important thing to do which we can sometimes overlook in our busy lives.

And if you’re suffering with a bit of the winter blues, just soaking your feet in lovely warm water with whatever additions you fancy, oils, herbs, flowers, smooth stones etc can boost your wellbeing, aid relaxation and also soften your skin.
