SamoVila is run by Michaela Ritter, who is a fully qualified and registered Dipl Herbalis, Naturopath and Zoopharmacognocist. Michaela has also gained numerous other certificates in Equine Health, Nutritional Management of Laminitis as well as Advanced Equine Nutrition, Feline Nutrition and many more. Michaela is a student of the BTB in Germany, where she undergoes a 3 year study in animal
naturopathy specialising in veterinary herbal medicine. Michaela has been working with and studying herbs and essential oils since 1992 and since then has acquired a very broad knowledge about their medicinal as well as holistic use to support health and well being - be it physically, mentally or spiritually. SamoVila offers consultations including a thorough and holistic assessment of your animal, either in person or via email (full information required). The assessments can take anything from 1 hour to 2.5 hours, depending on the complexity of the case and the reception of your animal. During the assessment your animal will be offered various herbs, essential oils, powders, clays etc in accordance with the principle of Zoopharmacognosy (the ability of animals to choose their own remedies) and recommendations of supporting herbs and oils will be made. This means that any supplement for your animal will be tailored for your animal and your animal only in order to support his health and well being. Prices

A detailed report for either your vet or other professional, is available at an additional £25. Please indicate wether you would like a report at the start of the consultation. However, a report can also be prepared at any time after the consultation.
* Please note that travel within 15 miles of Lower Wick (Gloucestershire GL12 8SR) is free, and thereafter a charge of 45p per mile will apply. All supplements will be made with the highest quality ingredients incl VAT.
