Looking to build strength, improve confidence with exercise, and move well? A few spaces are available in my small-group strength classes starting in July:

Wednesday 7:30pm – Progressive Strength Class
• Suitable for those looking to build strength and progress over time
• 1 space remaining
• Bookable in 4-week blocks

Thursday 11:00am – 70+ Strength Class
• Strength, balance, and mobility training in a supportive small-group environment
• Maximum 4 participants
• Weekly booking available

Thursday 5:00pm – Progressive Strength Class
• Focus on strength, movement quality, and confidence in the gym
• 1 space remaining
• Bookable in 4-week blocks

Movement doesn’t always have to mean a full workout.

“Movement snacks” are short bursts of movement throughout your day and they can still make a big difference.

A few minutes here and there can help: • reduce stiffness
• improve energy
• break up long periods of sitting
• help your body feel better overall

Think:

- squats while the kettle boils

- calf raises brushing your teeth

- a quick walk at lunch

- shoulder mobility between meetings

Small movement still counts.

Give a few a try this week and see how you feel.
