The weekend always seems to fly by.
One minute it's Friday evening, the next you're wondering where the last two days went.

Before the week starts again, take a little time for yourself today.

Have that coffee. Go for that walk, its a lovely evening!

Send that message you've been meaning to send.
Sometimes the smallest things can make the biggest difference.

And if you've had a tough week, remember that it's okay to rest. You don't have to be productive every minute of every day.

Happy Friday, legends

Firstly, apologies for being a bit quiet on here lately.

The truth is, I've been dealing with a few things of my own and needed to take a little time to focus on getting myself back on track. It's a reminder that no matter how much we support others, we all need to make time to look after ourselves too.

The good news is that the clouds are clearing, the skies are looking brighter, and things are moving in the right direction

If you're going through a rough patch yourself, keep going. One step at a time. One conversation at a time. Better days are ahead.

Last night’s weather was wild… and if we’re honest, sometimes life can feel exactly the same.

One minute everything feels calm, the next it feels loud, overwhelming, and completely out of your control.

But storms pass
And so do the tough days.

Keep talking, keep checking in on your mates, and remember you don’t have to deal with everything on your own

Happy Bank Holiday Monday, legends!!

Life gets busy… work, family, stress, routines and before you know it, months have passed without checking in on people who matter.

Today, take that extra few minutes to message someone, grab a coffee, go for a walk, or just have a proper catch up.

Morning Legends!!

Well we climbed Snowdon to catch rhe sun rise on this fine Bank Holiday weekend, however, we reached the summit in 2hrs 27 minutes, and sunrise isn't for another 2 hours, so not hanging around.

On the way the back down to see how early the cafes open!
