New year, maybe a new start ......

I will be teaching a new class at Writtle Village Hall from Saturday 20th January, so maybe try something new.

My class is accessible to all especially those of you who have perhaps played lots of competitive sport and now need to regain mobility!

Why not give it go, the first class is free and open to all!

Yoga classes at the Stockyard in Willingale have now resumed on Wednesdays at 11.00am and Saturdays at 9.45am. If you would like to try yoga then your first class is free!

In addition to Saturday's class, which is now full, (although I am operating a waitlist) I am commencing a new beginners Vinyasa yoga class at the Stockyard in Willingale next week. The class will be from 11.00am until 12.15pm on Wednesdays. Accessible to all levels, beginners very welcome. Any level of flexibility is absolutely fine.
