We did it! The Ridgeway path with bit extra - 100mile hike! It was tough especially first few days in 32c heat no shade, end of week was cooler and in woods so easier although our legs were tired. Thank you to everyone who has donated we are blown away by the amount raised, over £2k for

Tomorrow I set off on the 93 mile hike The Ridgeway so won’t be replying to messages. Back to clinic sat 8th Aug. This will be the first challenge since Nick had his heart attack so we are raising funds for the British Heart Foundation. We are looking for a volunteer driver to pick up a weekly food donation from the city centre on a Sunday, late afternoon and drop off to our food donation area.

A year ago today Nick, my husband, had a life changing event, a major heart attack whilst we were on holiday in Spain. He was fit and healthy and it was a total shock! Thankfully paramedics got him to hospital quick and saved his life. In the weeks after once home the British Heart Foundation were a great help, so we will be walking 93 miles, the ridgeway path to raise money for this great charity. Any donations appreciated. ❤️
