The internet has made fitness information free.
Training plans.
Meal plans.
Macro calculators.
AI coaches.
YouTube tutorials.
And yet…
Most lads still look exactly the same as they did 12 months ago.
Not because they don’t know what to do.
But because knowledge isn’t the problem.
Accountability is.
It’s easy to tell yourself:
“I’ll start again Monday.”
“One more weekend won’t hurt.”
“I’ll get back in the gym next week.”
“This supplement might be the thing that finally works.”
The hard part is having someone call you out when you’re repeating the same mistakes you’ve been making for years.
Most men don’t need more information.
They need structure.
They need accountability.
And they need someone who’ll tell them what they need to hear, not what they want to hear.
Because getting in shape isn’t about knowing more.
It’s about executing better.
