The internet has made fitness information free.

Training plans.

Meal plans.

Macro calculators.

AI coaches.

YouTube tutorials.

And yet…

Most lads still look exactly the same as they did 12 months ago.

Not because they don’t know what to do.

But because knowledge isn’t the problem.

Accountability is.

It’s easy to tell yourself:

“I’ll start again Monday.”

“One more weekend won’t hurt.”

“I’ll get back in the gym next week.”

“This supplement might be the thing that finally works.”

The hard part is having someone call you out when you’re repeating the same mistakes you’ve been making for years.

Most men don’t need more information.

They need structure.

They need accountability.

And they need someone who’ll tell them what they need to hear, not what they want to hear.

Because getting in shape isn’t about knowing more.

It’s about executing better.

Danny thought fitness coaches were full of s**t.

His words, not mine.

After leaving the army with a broken wrist, the weight piled on.

His top weight reached 16 stone.

He spent the next couple of years trying to get himself back on track, doing what most lads do…

Going to the gym.

Trying his best.

Figuring it out as he went.

And to be fair, he made progress.

But eventually he hit a wall.

No matter how hard he worked, he couldn’t seem to break through to the next level.

That’s when he reached out.

Not because he was lazy.

Not because he lacked motivation.

But because he was sick of staying stuck.

16 weeks later…

✅ 28lbs down

✅ Stronger in the gym

✅ More confident

But the biggest change wasn’t physical.

If you’re good Monday to Thursday…

But every weekend turns into pints, takeaways, snacks, hangovers and “I’ll start again Monday”…

You don’t have a motivation problem.

Because weekends, holidays, weddings, birthdays, meals out and drinks with the lads aren’t going anywhere.
