Having a massage in the hot weather? So long as you are generally fit and well there shouldn't be any problems. Just remember that the focus in the heat will be on slow, calming moves. Regulating your central nervous system, allowing you to naturally cool your body.
My treatment room manages to stay fairly cool in summer and I always have water ready for you. If you prefer you can have the fan on, a cooling blanket for your feet or even incorporate cold stones to your treatment.
If you've been out in the sun recently and are feeling it on your skin we could use soothing coconut oil to calm down the redness.
As always though, listen to your body and do what feels right for you. If it's too hot for you then get in touch and reschedule your treatment. Don't be uncomfortable during your massage!
