✨️ Weekly classes are available to book now! ✨️

This kids yoga class is aimed at primary aged children, led by experienced and welcoming children's yoga teacher, Laura 😊👋🏻

Our classes provide:
🪷 Exercise disguised as fun!
🔮 Lots of cool yoga poses to master.
🪷 Mindfulness, meditation and breathwork taught in age appropriate ways.
🔮 Friendship building opportunities.
🪷 A nurturing environment your child can relax in.
🔮 Emotional and bodily awareness practise.
🪷 An interesting and creative hobby which will develop essential life skills.

🧘🏻‍♀️ What happens in one of our workshops? 🧘🏼‍♂️

❤️ We welcome everybody in, and get settled on the yoga mats. Our groups are kept intentionally small, so there is always enough yoga mats for one each.

🧡 We play a fun warm up game which involves getting to know me as your teacher, and each other as new yogi friends!

💛 I introduce the theme of the workshop, and get straight onto teaching the relevant and super fun poses which I have no doubt they show you at home afterwards!

💚 We get creative with these poses, and use them throughout the session in many ways. This may be through creating a story in small groups (it's always so fun trying to guess everyone's story!), creating yoga-ography, or incorporating them into games (hello yoga statues!)

💙 Every workshop involves creating at least one craft, abd this serves as the perfect rest and mindfulness practice in the middle of the session. Yogis are always encouraged to show their individualuality through their craft, it makes it all the more exciting for them to show you when you pick them up!

💜 We return to the mats for more yoga fun, games, and creativity.

🩷 The end of the workshop will always be learning an all important relaxation technique. We can be so creative with this, using all kinds of props. Even if we're all tired and giggly, it is one of my favourite parts of the day!

🌞 I am over the moon to be running a kids yoga workshop this summer in the place it all began, back in the Community Space at Yeovil Recreation Centre!

🌲 Woodland Adventure Yoga – February Half Term 🌲

A fun, imaginative 2-hour yoga workshop for children aged 4–11. We will enjoy yoga poses, games, stories and relaxation as we journey through a woodland adventure — a lovely mix of energy and calm. 😌

📍 Hamdon Youth & Family Centre

Well, that was a lovely workshop with both new and regular yogis!

We learnt lots of Halloween themed yoga poses, including scarecrow, witch casting a spell and hanging bat 🦇

We did some fun and mindful crafts of painting pumpkins and making suncatchers for catching the beautiful autumn sun 🌞

We of course played lots of yoga games too, with the best Halloween soundtrack 👻

I offer yoga at Keri Hill Dance on Thursdays, in their stunning new studio! There are classes for everyone to join, from little ones up to adults (something for the parents at last!).

It is the nicest place I have had the pleasure to teach in, and also the friendliest. Come and try out these ridiculously comfy brand new yoga mats, and relax under the led lighting.
