What a fantastic afternoon we had on Wednesday as we came together to celebrate England's first World Cup game! ⚽🏆

Residents, families, and staff enjoyed a wonderful World Cup party complete with live music, a delicious BBQ, and plenty of fun with football bingo.

To top it all off, England secured a win that evening, making the celebrations even sweeter! 🎉⚽

🚐🌞 Ivelhursts Mini Bus Adventures This Week! 🌞🚐

📍 Day 1 – West Bay
We enjoyed a lovely walk along the seafront and were delighted to spot a seal!

📍 Day 2 – Sealife Centre
Our residents had a wonderful time discovering the fascinating marine life before heading out for a delicious pub lunch. 🐠🍽️

📍 Day 3 – Mattias Diner
A relaxing visit filled with good company and tasty treats. The Piña Coladas were a big hit! 🍹😊

📍 Day 4 – Weymouth
We took a stroll along the beautiful seafront, enjoyed traditional fish and chips, and finished the day with some delicious ice cream. 🍦🐟🌊

Today, staff and residents hosted a lovely baby shower for Gracie 👶💖

We had such a wonderful time reminiscing about our own babies and sharing plenty of advice with Gracie, although most of it seemed to be “don’t do it!” or “don’t get married!” 😂

We also had lots of fun guessing which baby photos belonged to which staff and residents, followed by a spot of baby bingo 🎉

And of course, no celebration would be complete without a fantastic and delicious cake, beautifully made by our amazing kitchen team as always 🎂✨

A huge congratulations to Gracie, not long to go now! 💕

We’re very excited to welcome Turbo Timmy the tortoise here at Ivehurst!

What a fantastic week of outings we’ve had! 🌿

Our residents have enjoyed several wonderful trips over the past few days, including a beautiful visit to Stourhead National Trust, a fun shopping trip to Clarks Village, a delicious lunch at The Manor Hotelr, and a memorable visit to the Abbotsbury Swannery.

We would like to say a huge thank you to all of these amazing places for being so accommodating and welcoming. Your kindness helped make each trip truly special and enjoyable for our residents. 💛

We’re already looking forward to many more adventures ahead!

Who says walkers can’t have a glow-up?! ✨💃

Our residents turned their walkers into rolling works of art! 🚶‍♀️🌸

There was laughter, creativity, and maybe even a little friendly competition over who had the most fabulous design 😉

Safe to say… these walkers are now officially the most stylish wheels in town! 😄💜
