🍝Italian-Themed Pop-Up Restaurant🍋

Our residents were transported to Italy as they enjoyed a fantastic Italian-themed pop-up restaurant experience at Potter House...

The delicious menu featured freshly baked homemade bread knots to start, followed by a choice of creamy Tuscan chicken served with spaghetti or asparagus, pea and lemon risotto. To finish, residents were treated to a classic tiramisu and a refreshing limoncello, creating the perfect Italian dining experience.

The restaurant was filled with laughter, conversation, and the wonderful aromas of Italian cuisine, making it a truly memorable occasion for everyone.

A huge thank you to our amazing team for creating such a special event. We can't wait to share more themed dining experiences with our residents!

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and joined us for our Alzheimer's Society Tea Party on Friday 💙☕

It was wonderful to spend time together, enjoy some delicious cake, and make the most of the beautiful sunshine. ☀️

Thank you to everyone who supported the event and helped make it such a lovely afternoon. Your generosity and community spirit mean so much, and together we're helping to make a difference for people affected by dementia.

We're delighted to share that we've won Best Community and Team Effort in the South West in Bloom competition! 🌿

Judged by our Managing Director Em, we're incredibly proud that our Kitchen Garden has received this wonderful award.

A huge thank you to The Hub and to all of our amazing residents who contributed their time, ideas, and enthusiasm to help create such a beautiful space. This award truly reflects the fantastic community spirit here at Potter House.

Enjoy the pictures showcasing just some of the fantastic features of our garden, including our fresh tomatoes, thriving bean plants, herb planter, and the beginnings of our orchard. As our fruit trees grow, residents will be encouraged to pick their own apples, pears, cherries, and plums - creating an enjoyable and rewarding experience for everyone. 🍅🌿🍎🍐🍒🍑
