Hey All
Wow - what a first year as a self employed carer!!
I have met so many beautiful people in the past 9 months, so many stories and already so many happy memories.
People show such strength, courage, love and ability to find light in the darkest of days. Truly humbling and a constant reminder to live and love each and every day.

It has been hard in places but I often remind myself that sometimes just being there and helping means so much.

Thanks to everyone who’s helped along the way!

Hey everyone
Hope you’re all well!! 🥰💙🥰

So I’m pretty much fully booked which is amazing and receiving such good feedback which is so humbling ☺️

Picked up a client from Cooksons court Yeovil today after a bit of respite.
Her and her husbands smile really beemed and reminded me again why I’m doing what I’m doing, love, joy and happiness all rolled into one.

I also have to say that I was very impressed with Cooksons court Yeovil!!
It didn’t feel like a care home at all with a coffee shop, sweet shop, hair dressers etc. but could also see, here and feel the professionalism in care.

Take care all and make the most of every day, we truly don’t know what’s around the corner. xx

Had an amazing week helping some truly lovely individuals.
Using some of the money earnt this week to do a dementia course this weekend 🥰💪👍

Really really enjoying supporting the local community.

In the past few weeks I’ve been;
👉 Gardening
👉 Helping with DIY (saving clients loads of money on getting professionals in!)
👉 Helping people get bus passes and blue badges
👉 Providing personal care
👉 Decluttering
👉 Organising collection of old equipment back to Mediquip
👉 providing companionship
👉 Supporting people as they come out of hospital

So the caring is going well, a little nervous to start but all good.
First time I’ve worked a Sunday morning in ages but I really enjoyed it and the customer was so pleased 🥰🥰👍
