Ben studied Acupuncture at the Northern College of Acupuncture, completing a Post Graduate Diploma and is a member of the British Acupuncture Council. He is also a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, training at the Northern Institure of Massage and is affiliated to the National Association of Massage and Manipulative Therapists. Traditionally, Acupuncture addresses imbalances within the body by stimulating specific points on channels of energy called meridians. There is also ongoing research that is collecting evidence on how acupuncture affects hormones in the body and brain activity. ABOUT REMEDIAL MASSAGE
Remedial Massage uses specialised deep tissue massage techniques, movements and mobilisations that are designed to help the body recover from musculo-skeletal injuries and conditions amongst other things. It does this by increasing blood and lymph supply to an injured area, breaking down fibrous adhesions and reducing stress and tension. Below are details of working hours and clinic information. There is disabled access to the building and all rooms are on the ground floor. The couches used for treatment are electrically adjustable and therefore can be raised or lowered to make it as easy as possible for you to get on and off. CLINIC ON THE GREEN

There are a few options for parking. There is limited parking available for free at the rear of the clinic. There is free parking with no time restrictions down nearby streets, the closest being Abbey Street. There are a limited number of spaces outside Clifton shops, some are 1 hour, some are 2. Disabled Access:
There is disabled access at the rear of the building. Ben's room is up stairs, however if this is likely to be an issue for you, a ground floor room can be arranged with prior notice.
