Because that’s exactly what Tish did.
This is Tish.
And her transformation is a perfect example of what happens when someone commits to changing their life not just their weight.
When Tish joined my REVIVE programme, she had been through a very tough few years and wanted three things:
• Lose weight
• Get fitter
• Rebuild her health
But the biggest thing she needed wasn’t another extreme diet.
She needed structure that actually fit her life.
So we started simple.
A training plan she could stick to.
A routine that wasn’t overwhelming.
Nutrition that supported fat loss without restriction or burnout.
And the results started building steadily.
The weight came down.
Her fitness improved.
Her confidence grew.
But what I’m most proud of is what happened next.
Around 6 months ago, we deliberately stepped away from pushing weight loss.
Instead we focused on health, balance and flexibility so Tish could enjoy her life while maintaining her results.
No falling backwards.
No yo-yo dieting.
Just consistency.
Then over the last 3 months, we pushed again.
And that’s when Tish hit her lowest weight ever, with a mindset that is now completely solid.
That’s the difference between quick fixes and real transformation.
Real change means:
You lose the weight.
You keep the weight off.
And you build habits that last.
I genuinely couldn’t be prouder of you Tish.
