✔️ Are living with MND, caring for someone with MND, or supporting families in a professional role

💛 Struggling with anxiety or depression? You’re not alone — and you can help shape the future of mental health care. 💛

Our practice is supporting the GLAD Study (Genetic Links to Anxiety and Depression) — the largest ever UK study into anxiety and depression.

🧠 The study aims to better understand mental health and improve treatments for future patients.

You may be eligible if you:
✔️ Are aged 16+
✔️ Live in the UK
✔️ Have experienced anxiety and/or depression (now or in the past)

Taking part is simple and can be done from home:
1️⃣ Register online
2️⃣ Give consent
3️⃣ Complete a short questionnaire
4️⃣ Provide a saliva sample (posted kit)

⏱️ It takes around 30 minutes to sign up, and you can withdraw at any time.

York traffic alert 🚨

Gillygate in York is currently closed while the emergency services deal with a serious collision involving a car and a pedestrian at around 5.30am today (Monday 10 November).

Please avoid the area until further notice and follow the diversions.

Witnesses or anyone with relevant CCTV or dashcam footage of the incident are urged to call North Yorkshire Police on 101 quoting reference NYP-10112025-0045.
