This technique almost feels like a well kept secret, as I rarely meet anyone who has experienced the benefits it brings. As a Hypnotherapist, I'm allowed to call myself an Advanced Practitioner and that only applies to around 1% of UK Hypnotherapists. I’m always striving to deliver positive results for a wide range of issues, stress, anxiety and depression are three key areas where many of my clients seek help
