A little New Moon magic in York ✨

🌿 Join me on Friday 11 September for 90 minutes of sound, cacao and deep rest.

🌑✨What if we didn’t wait for magical moments—but created a little space for them?

On Friday 11 September, I’ll be holding my next Sound Bath at the beautiful Harriet Centre in York Cemetery.

That morning brings the New Moon—a natural point of new beginnings, fresh possibilities and gently turning our attention towards what we would like to invite into our lives.

But this evening won’t be about striving or forcing change.

It will be an opportunity to step away from everyday demands and allow yourself to be held by sound, stillness and the warmth of gathering together.

Throughout our 90 minutes, I’ll weave together:

✨ Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls
✨ Gongs and healing instruments
✨ Reiki-infused sound
✨ Medicine drum
✨ Warm ceremonial cacao
✨ Gentle reflection and oracle-card guidance

Sometimes we hold onto things without even realising it.

An old belief. A worry. A way of doing things. An expectation of how we thought life should be.

The story of the monkey and the jar is such a simple reminder that sometimes it’s our grip on something that keeps us stuck.

With today’s Pisces lunar eclipse bringing themes of release and letting go, perhaps it’s a good time to gently ask yourself…

✨ What am I holding onto that I might not need anymore?

You don’t have to know the answer straight away. Just be curious about what comes up. 🦋

What if curiosity is where change begins? 🌱

Not with having all the answers.
Not with knowing exactly where something will lead.
But simply being willing to wonder… what if?

Looking back, some of the most important paths in my life began with curiosity — a small pull towards something I didn't yet understand.

And today's card, Spring – See Your Seeds Grow, felt like such a beautiful reminder. 🌱

Perhaps curiosity is a seed. We don't have to know what it will become. We can simply give ourselves permission to plant it and see what grows.

And staying exactly where we are can be a choice too. Curiosity isn't about constantly seeking something different. I feel it's about remaining open to possibility.💫

So this week, perhaps ask yourself:

What am I curious about right now? 🦋
