Throughout September, all Yorkare Homes will be supporting their local communities with Harvest-themed food collections🍂🌾

Here at Clifton Hall, we’re delighted to be collecting donations for York Foodbank💚

Throughout the month, we’ll be collecting donations from our wonderful local community, ready to donate to the food bank in October.

🧺 Simply drop your donations into the basket in our reception!
We are collecting:
🍝 Dry and ambient food items with a good shelf life
🥫 Tinned and jarred foods
🍚 Pasta, rice and other cupboard essentials
🧃 Long-life drinks and other non-perishable items
🧴Toiletries
🫧Cleaning products

Please note, we are unable to accept fresh produce.

As we enter the season of harvest and giving, let’s come together to support those in need and make a real difference to our community. Every donation, no matter how small, can help someone in need💛

We’re always delighted to welcome the incredible people who work tirelessly to keep our communities safe. From the Police, Fire Service and Ambulance teams to the NHS, Coastguard and Search & Rescue, we’re proud to show our appreciation and support whenever we can❤️

☕Takeaway cups are available at Clifton Hall and across all our homes, and if you have your own reusable travel cup, you’re very welcome to bring it along and refill it too!

🚻Visitor toilets are also available across all our homes.

We had a lovely, relaxing pamper afternoon with our residents today! Everyone enjoyed having their nails and hands pampered, while a few also enjoyed our fun face masks. 😆
