💊 Important Patient Notice: Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) 💊

From WEDNESDAY 5TH AUGUST, our practice will be moving to the ELECTRONIC PRESCRIPTION SERVICE (EPS).

this means that your prescriptions will no longer need to be collected from the practice and taken to your pharmacy.

Instead they will be sent electronically to your NOMINATED PHARMACY, making the process quicker and more convenient.

If you have not yet chosen a nominated pharmacy, or would like to change your current nomination, please speak to a member of our reception team or your preferred pharmacy.

Thank you for your cooperation as we make this change to improve our prescribing service.

Red Weather Warning

Due to the current red weather warning and exceptionally high temperatures, we are encouraging all members of our practice team to take regular hydration breaks throughout the day.

While we will continue to provide care and support to all our patients, there may be occasional delays as we prioritise the safety and welfare of both patients and staff during these extreme conditions.

If you are attending the surgery today, please stay safe by:

Drinking plenty of water before end after your visit.
Wearing light, loose-fitting clothing.
Avoiding unnecessary exertion in the heat.
Letting a member of staff know immediately if you fell dizzy, faint or overheated.

We kindly ask for your patients and understanding during this period of extreme weather. Thank you for your continued support and co-operation.
