🎉 25 სექტემბერი - ფარმაცევტების მსოფლიო დღე | World Pharmacists Day
💊 თანამედროვე ჯანდაცვაში ფარმაცევტის როლი ბევრად მეტია, ვიდრე მედიკამენტის ხელმისაწვდომობის უზრუნველყოფა - ის პაციენტის უსაფრთხო და ეფექტური ფარმაკოთერაპიის მნიშვნელოვანი ნაწილია.
🔸„ამერიკული ჰოსპიტალი თბილისი“ შექმნის დღიდან ამ პრინციპებზე აყალიბებს მედიკამენტების მართვის სისტემას. კლინიკური ფარმაციის დანერგვით ჩვენი მიზანია მედიკამენტური შეცდომების რისკის შემცირება და უსაფრთხო ადმინისტრირების 5 ძირითადი წესის დაცვა - სწორი პაციენტი, მედიკამენტი, დოზა, შეყვანის გზა და დრო.
🔸ამ პროცესში ვხელმძღვანელობთ საერთაშორისო დონეზე აღიარებული და სანდო ორგანიზაციების რეკომენდაციებითა და სტანდარტებით, მათ შორის WHO, ISMP და JCI-ს მიდგომებით.
🔸WHO-ს 2026 წლის პაციენტის უსაფრთხოების მიზნებში ერთ-ერთი ძირითადი მიმართულებაა მედიკამენტებსა და სამედიცინო მოწყობილობებზე ხელმისაწვდომობა და მათი უსაფრთხო გამოყენება - რაც კლინიკური ფარმაციის საქმიანობის განუყოფელი ნაწილია.

💊In modern healthcare, the role of a pharmacist goes far beyond ensuring access to medication -pharmacists are an essential part of providing patients with safe and effective pharmacotherapy.
🔸Since its establishment, American Hospital Tbilisi has built its medication management system around these principles. Through the implementation of clinical pharmacy, our goal is to reduce the risk of medication errors and ensure adherence to the five fundamental principles of safe medication administration: the right patient, the right medication, the right dose, the right route, and the right time.
🔸In this process, we follow the recommendations and standards of internationally recognized and trusted organizations, including WHO, ISMP, and JCI.
🔸One of the key areas highlighted in the WHO’s 2026 patient safety goals is ensuring access to and the safe use of medicines and medical devices - an integral part of clinical pharmacy practice.
