6 months after 360° liposculpture ✨
This patient had previously undergone a traditional abdominoplasty at another clinic, but she was not completely satisfied with the result, as only the excess skin had been removed while the remaining fat deposits were left untreated.
During her revision, we performed comprehensive 360° liposculpture, removing fat from the abdomen, flanks, back, and outer thighs — approximately 5 liters in total.
More than 1 liter of purified fat was then transferred to the buttocks to improve their shape, projection, and overall body proportions.
We also worked on improving the appearance of her keloid abdominoplasty scar, which is still in the process of maturation and treatment.
This is exactly why, in similar cases, I usually recommend combining abdominoplasty with liposculpture rather than treating the excess skin alone.
Yes, a combined procedure requires more rehabilitation, greater attention to detail, and significantly more work from the surgeon — but when performed with the right indications, the result is absolutely worth it.
Body contouring is not just about removing skin or fat separately. It is about creating harmony, proportions, and a complete silhouette.
