მიმდინარე წლის 4-5 ივლისს, ვეტერანების საქმეთა სახელმწიფო სამსახურის ორგანიზებით, ლაიონსების თვალის დიაბეტური კლინიკა-საქართველოს სამედიცინო პერსონალმა, თბილისის სახელმწიფო სამედიცინო უნივერსიტეტის თვალის სნეულებათა დეპარტამენტთან ერთად, მორიგი, ერთობლივი, უფასო სამედიცინო აქცია, წყალტუბოსა და ხონის მუნიციპალიტეტებში მცხოვრები ომისა და თავდაცვის ძალების ვეტერანებისა და მათი ოჯახის წევრთათვის ჩაატარა.
საქველმოქმედო სამედიცინო აქციით უსასყიდლოდ ისარგებლა სამსახურის 207-მა ბენეფიციარმა; განხორციელდა 421 სამედიცინო ვიზიტი; გაიცა 16 გლუკომეტრი და 336 ოპტიკური სათვალე.
აქციის მიმდინარეობას ადგილზე გაეცნენ ვეტერანების საქმეთა სახელმწიფო სამსახურის დირექტორის მოადგილე, ჯანდრი უბირია, სამსახურის სოციალურ საკითხთა და სააღრიცხვო-ანალიტიკური დეპარტამენტის უფროსი, ვალერიან ძებისაშვილი, ამავე დეპარტამენტის წარმომადგენელი, ვაჟა დალაქიშვილი და რეგიონული მართვის დეპარტამენტის იმერეთის სამმართველოს უფროსი, გელა ცინაძე.
ვეტერანებისა და მათი ოჯახის წევრებისათვის, საქველმოქმედო სამედიცინო აქციები, მთელი საქართველოს მასშტაბით, კვლავ ჩატარდება, რომელთა შესახებ, ინფორმაცია, ვეტერანებს, წინასწარ მიეწოდებათ.
On 4–5 July of this year, the medical staff of the Lions Eye Diabetic Clinic, in collaboration with the Department of Ophthalmology of Tbilisi State Medical University, conducted another joint free charitable medical outreach campaign for war veterans, Defence Forces veterans, and their family members residing in the municipalities of Tskaltubo and Khoni. The campaign was organized by the State Service of Veterans Affairs of Georgia.
A total of 207 beneficiaries of the State Service received free medical care during the campaign. Overall, 421 medical consultations were provided, 16 glucometers and 336 pairs of prescription eyeglasses were distributed free of charge.
The campaign was attended by Jandri Ubiria, Deputy Director of the State Service of Veterans Affairs; Valerian Dzebisashvili, Head of the Department of Social Affairs and Registration-Analytical Services; Vazha Dalakishvili, representative of the same department; and Gela Tsinadze, Head of the Imereti Regional Office of the Department of Regional Management.
Free charitable medical campaigns for veterans and their family members will continue to be organized throughout Georgia. Veterans will be informed in advance about the dates and locations of upcoming campaigns.
