Day 7 | International Women's Day Series β€” Final Day
We started this week with numbers.
We end it with something far more important β€” a reminder.
To the woman who watched every video but still hasn't told anyone she is struggling β€” we see you.

To the woman who shared these posts, hoping someone close to her would notice β€” we see you.
To the woman who finally made that appointment, or finally said "I am not okay" out loud β€” we are so proud of you.
Taking care of your mental health is not selfish. It is sacred.
You cannot pour from an empty vessel. You cannot hold the world together if you yourself are falling apart.
This International Women's Day, we made a promise to keep showing up for women's mental health β€” in clinics, in communities, in conversations, and online.
We hope you will, too.

Reach out to your nearest psychiatric facility or mental health professional. Help is always available.

Day 6 | International Women's Day Series

Healing is not a luxury. It is a necessity. And it begins with a single step.
This week, we have spoken hard truths about women's mental health.
Today, we talk about what you can do β€” starting right now.
✨ Mindfulness β€” anch
or yourself to the present moment.
✨ Journalling β€” let the page carry what your heart cannot hold alone.
✨ Relaxation techniques β€” because rest is not earned, it is required.
✨ Professional support β€” because some burdens need more than self-care to lift.

You deserve to heal. You deserve support. You deserve to thrive.

πŸ“ Reach out to a mental health professional near you β€” your healing matters.

Day 5 | International Women’s Day Series

She is a daughter, a mother, a wife, a colleague, a caregiver β€” often all at once.
And somewhere in the middle of holding everyone else together, her own mental health quietly unravels.
Gender-based violence leaves invisible wounds.
Societal pressure whispers that she is never enough.
The workplace demands she work twice as hard for half the recognition.
And at the end of the day, she still goes home to carry everyone else.
This is not just a personal struggle. This is a public health crisis.

Today we talk about the stresses unique to women β€” across every stage of life β€” and why they matter.

Day 4 | International Women’s Day Series
This one is for the woman who Googled her symptoms at 2am but never told anyone.
For the one who said β€œI’m fine” when she was anything but.
For the one who has been waiting for permission to ask for help.
Consider this your permission.

Today, we bring together the facts, the signs, and the pathways to support β€” because no woman should have to find her way through this alone.

Share this with someone you love. Reach out to a mental health professional near you. The first step is always the hardest β€” and the most worth it.

Help is closer than you think.

Day 3 | International Women's Day Series

Recognising the signs matters. Many mental health symptoms in women are often dismissed, misunderstood, or mistaken for something else β€” delaying the help they need and deserve.
Watch today's video to learn the symptoms to look out for. Because early recognition saves lives.

The numbers tell a story β€” and we must listen. This day, we highlight the mental health statistics affecting women across Ghana and beyond. Because when women thrive mentally, families and communities thrive too. Watch, share, and join the conversation.
