Are emotions feeling numbed?
Is it becoming increasingly difficult to make space for the needs of others?
Do even little things going wrong trigger anger outbursts or fearing worse case scenarios?
Is it hard to get motivated?
Are social settings something increasingly being avoided?
If any of this resonates with you, stress overload has put your body in survival mode which is causing an erosion of your emotional intelligence (EI).
EI is crucial
• to help regulate the intensity of our emotions to avoid impulsive behaviour
• to conduct healthy relationships with good awareness of our own emotions
• to accept the emotions and perspectives of others without judgement
• to want to do things and be productive
• to seek and enjoy social interactions

Our winning combination consists of guided somatic exercises followed by self-exploration in a space free of judgment and expectation.

My colleague and expert facilitator, Ankur, kicks off the workshop by guiding participants through breathing techniques that drastically reduce stress within minutes.

To ensure this relaxation goes deep, I facilitate interactive exercises to help you identify stressors and share experiences. Sharing is entirely optional—we’re here to reduce stress, not add to it!
