Listen. Reach out. Be kind. Be present.

If you are struggling, please talk to someone you trust or seek professional help. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness; it is a courageous step towards healing.

Let us check on our friends, families, colleagues, and loved ones. Sometimes, a simple “How are you really doing?” can make a difference.

We hosted a successful Community Blood Donation Drive at Pantang Hospital Lorry Station, in partnership with the Mobile Blood Donation Team from the National Blood Service.

Thanks to our donors, volunteers, and clinical staff. A single blood donation can save up to three lives, these contributions will directly support emergency care, surgeries, trauma recovery, and ongoing treatments for patients across our regional healthcare facilities.
