𝐂𝐎𝐕𝐈𝐃 19: 𝐊𝐖𝐀𝐇𝐔 𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐔𝐌 𝐃𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐒 𝐓𝐎 𝐇𝐎𝐒𝐏𝐈𝐓𝐀𝐋𝐒 𝐎𝐍 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐊𝐖𝐀𝐇𝐔 𝐑𝐈𝐃𝐆𝐄

Kwahu Forum (developmental NGO) led by it's Chairman, Dr. Newton Akoto today donated items to all health facilities on the Kwahu Ridge. The items include examination gloves, infrared thermometers, antiseptic, surgical gloves size 7.5, coverall, gum boots, liquid soap, face mask, N95 face mask, googles, hand sanitizers, nurse cap, infusion, complete PPEs, medicated soaps and T-rolls. The items are to be shared amongst all the health facilities on the Kwahu Ridge.

The District Chief Executive, Hon. Emmanuel Atta Ofori received the items on behalf of the MDCEs. The event took place today 6th April, 2020 at the Kwahu Government Hospital, Atibie. The DCE tasked the beneficiary health facilities to make good use of the items to help in the fight against the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Receiving the items on behalf of the heath facilities, the Medical Superintendent of Kwahu Government Hospital, Dr. Akoto Ampaw, commended the Kwahu Forum for their kind gesture. He futher thanked them for fulfilling their promise after they called the hospital sometime ago to find out the items they needed.
